Brief Description of Completely Biodegradable Plastics

Brief Description of Completely Biodegradable Plastics
Fully biodegradable plastics: fully biodegradable plastics are mainly made from natural polymers (such as starch, cellulose, chitin) or agricultural and sideline products through microbial fermentation or synthesis of biodegradable polymers. For example, thermoplastic starch plastics, aliphatic polyester, polylactic acid, starch / polyvinyl alcohol, etc. belong to this type of plastics.
Brief description of technical features
1. In terms of biodegradation formula, completely biodegradable components are selected, so that the products can be 100% biodegraded after being used and discarded, and finally carbon dioxide and water are generated;
2. Starch, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) and polycaprolactone have good compatibility. Adding a variety of natural additives, the properties of the products are close to or better than those of ordinary plastics;
3. The production of this product in the mixing, granulation, extrusion, blow molding and other entire processing process, has formed a unique process flow, can be continuously and stably industrialized production.
In recent ten years, plastics have penetrated into all walks of life with its convenience and brought huge environmental pollution. At the same time, various international and domestic environmental protection policies, laws and regulations, and environmental protection laws and regulations have been issued in succession, which proves that the demand for biodegradable plastics is gradually stepping into standardization and industrialization, and the development of biodegradable plastics is entering a golden period of vigorous development.
PBS, a completely biodegradable plastic, is prepared by condensation polymerization of butanediol, succinic acid and other components. It can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms or enzymes in animals and plants under the environment of composting, soil, water and activated sludge. It has good biocompatibility and bioabsorbability, and is environmentally friendly. It is a good way to cure the "white pollution" caused by traditional plastics.
